The Alumni of the South African Washington International Programme (SAWIP) would like to thank Ms. Kim Williams for her unwavering service and commitment to SAWIP and would like to wish her well on her new endeavours. Ms Williams has shown over the years to have been an integral part of the SAWIP experience for many of the alumni. Though, this signals a new chapter for SAWIP it also brings to a close a chapter in which Kim has played a central role.

Kim, has been with the SAWIP organisation since 2010 and has positively impacted the lives of all our alumni. From guiding the alumni through selection and orientation and ensuring that we are adequately prepared for our time in Washington. Kim’s work really comes to the fore during the programme’s time in D.C. As the alumni experience Washington D.C we are always acutely aware that Kim is always available to assist us. She has shown unbridled commitment to building the future of the country’s young leaders and firmly believe that she will continue with her efforts in the future.

The alumni community will sorely miss Kim and will cherish all the memories that we have built alongside her over the past few years. From all alumni across the globe we wish you the best Kim.
