As a program aimed at creating a community of servant leaders, we place great emphasis on participants’ ability to work in a team. This is factored into our selection process and enhancing team working skills forms part of our leadership development curriculum. SAWIP teams are the heart of our program and the relationships forged within these teams generate longer term collaboration within the alumni community.
