Apply to the 2016 South Africa - Washington International Program
Applications for the 2016 SAWIP team are NOW OPEN
and will close at midnight on 18 February 2016.
SAWIP candidates:
- May be from any academic discipline,
- Must be South African citizens or permanent residents,
- Must be in their second year (or beyond) of university,
- Must be prepared for a high demand programme,
- Must be between the age of 19 – 25 years,
- Must be currently studying at the University of Cape Town, the University of Stellenbosch, the University of the Western Cape or the University of Pretoria,
- Must have a record of community engagement and leadership,
- Should envisage themselves as future leaders in South Africa.
