There are many ways in which you can contribute towards SAWIP’s goal of developing future South African leaders.
Your contribution will go towards:
- Sponsor a student by covering his/her participation costs for a year
- Financial assistance for students with the clothing, luggage or other items needed for their internships in Washington, DC
- Provide knowledge and expertise for curriculum implementation
- Supply venues for SAWIP events and activities
- Be a host for SAWIP’s service projects
- Serve as a mentor to SAWIP program participants and alumni
- Facilitate fund raising and/or events with SAWIP Board members
- Volunteer to help with SAWIP activities
- Provide internships in the US
- Host a student in your house during his or her time in the US
